THE STORY OF HAN MADE

Final Edit_edited.jpg

Han Made formally began in 2024, but its roots trace back to 2007. Hannah’s passion for jewelry-making began in middle school and extended throughout high school, surviving two moves and life transitions from Georgia to Connecticut and then back to Georgia. Hannah attended the University of South Carolina to study journalism and her jewelry-making took a back seat, up until her travels throughout Asia, Africa, and Europe in 2016. Hannah returned to the United States feeling inspired by her cultural experiences and rekindled her love for making jewelry.

After graduating in 2017, she moved to Nashville, TN, and began her career in public relations while exploring hand lettering, creating invitations, stationery, and other custom items. In 2020, Hannah relocated to Atlanta, took on a part-time role with an interior design firm and furniture retailer while beginning a Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Monday-Friday, Hannah is an LMSW working as an adolescent trauma therapist. In the summer of 2024, she once again rediscovered her passion for jewelry-making, using it to unwind and tap into her creativity outside of the demands of her work. The enthusiastic response to her designs quickly transformed her hobby into creating the brand Han Made.

Han Made’s jewelry and art are a reflection of Hannah’s travels, love for vibrant colors, and eye for detail and design. At its heart, though, and where Hannah has found the most fulfillment, is a deep passion for sharing the joy of creativity, and the belief in filling your life with the things that make you feel most like yourself.

Every piece is Han(d) made with love by Hannah!
